The collection has a window. So should the campaign.
You don’t sell a product line. You sell a moment — a drop that has to land the week it lands, in front of people who already know your handwriting. We build the rhythm that meets your drop calendar, and the identity that holds steady across every one of them. Miss the window and great work becomes an archive. Hit it, quarter after quarter, and you become a name people wait for.
A short window and a strong identity. Both are worth defending.
Jewellery can wait a month. A drop can’t. A collection carries its own clock — the buzz builds, the piece sells, and within a few weeks the attention has moved on to whatever came next. Everything you spend on creative has to arrive inside that window, or it arrives as an archive.
The second thing you sell is quieter, and worth more: the handwriting. The reason a buyer knows a post is yours before they read the name. That isn’t built in a single campaign. It’s built by a run of campaigns that look like they came from the same house.
Most labels lose one of the two. Either the work is beautiful but late, or it’s on time and looks like three different studios made it. You don’t have to choose. You just have to plan the quarter instead of the post.
Four situations. Every one of them has an answer.
None of these are your fault, and all four are pushing on fashion labels at once. Name the one costing you the most this year — that’s the level you start at, and the rest can wait their turn.
Generated lookbooks are everywhere, and they all look the same
Anyone can produce a polished grid overnight now. What they can’t produce is a garment that reads as real — the drape, the fall, the finish. Level 1 puts human-led creative back on your actual collection.
Other labels are dropping faster and reading their numbers better
Speed without measurement is just noise. Level 2 adds unbranded assets, the full dashboard suite and a quarterly Lead Evolution report — so you know which drop pulled, and why.
You’re paying more each season to reach followers you already earned
Reach you rent can be switched off. Level 3 gives you your own app with push notifications, so the next drop reaches your people the moment it goes live — without paying for them twice.
Cash sitting still between collections quietly loses ground
Money resting between drops slowly loses its purchasing power. Level 4 redirects a measured part of it into Super Campaigns running across several collections at once, with a lead pool that keeps growing between seasons.
Three unrelated campaigns is not a season. Three campaigns with one signature is.
A quarter with us is three campaigns built as one body of work — same hand, same palette, same standard, each one shaped by what the last one proved. That’s how a label stops being known for one good post and starts being known, full stop.
One engine, four levels. The full plans live on the main site.
Each level answers one of the four situations working against a fashion label right now — pick where the drop calendar is costing you most. Prices, inclusions and the full comparison are on wowcampaigns.co.uk.
Foundation
Human-led creative that shows the craft the way it deserves, live ad campaigns, and every enquiry tracked from day one.
On the main site →Growth
Full dashboards, a quarterly Lead Evolution report, and a referral engine that compounds your best buyers.
On the main site →Transform
Your own app and owned audience, so you reach the people who buy directly instead of renting them by the click.
On the main site →Enterprise
Three to ten campaigns at once across collections and pieces, with gift hampers on closed sales.
On the main site →Almost half your fee is spent putting the drop in front of people.
During the launch period 45% of every pound you pay goes straight back into live ad spend behind your collections. Not overhead. Not retainer. Media, timed to the drop.
The rest funds what that spend needs in order to work — the film and photography, the campaign management, the dashboards, and the lead system that catches every enquiry the ads bring in.
After the launch period this reinvestment reduces to 28%. Sign now and you hold the higher rate for the full term.
We plan to your calendar, not ours.
Three campaigns in a quarter isn’t an arbitrary number — it’s a rhythm. For most labels it maps to a pre-drop build, the drop itself, and the sell-through push that follows. Tell us the dates and we build the quarter backwards from them.
We start with your drop calendar
Launch dates, festival windows, exhibition weekends, the pre-order tease. Everything else is scheduled around those fixed points, so nothing important goes live a fortnight late.
One visual system is agreed for the whole quarter
Palette, type, pace of the cut, the way the garment is framed. Three campaigns, one signature — so the second drop builds on the first instead of competing with it.
Creative is made by people, then finished with AI — never the other way round
WOW Invites are produced with AI in the pipeline and a human hand on every edit. On clothing that difference isn’t subtle: fabric either behaves or it doesn’t.
The campaign goes live with real media behind it
Between 40% and 50% of your fee is deployed as live ad spend, timed to the window. From Level 3, approvals run through Frame.io — so a same-week change is a same-week change.
Every enquiry is tracked through to revenue
Lead source, lead quality, qualification and closed value — shown to you, not summarised at you. The next drop is planned on what the last one actually proved.
At the end of the quarter, the work is still yours.
A campaign that disappears when it stops running was rented, not built. Everything below stays with the label — and every quarter adds to it rather than replacing it.
- Campaign creative for three drops — branded from Level 1, unbranded from Level 2.
- One consistent visual identity carried across the whole quarter, not reinvented every post.
- A lead pool that compounds — every enquiry from every drop, kept and qualified.
- Lead source and revenue tracking, so you can see which drop paid for itself.
- The full dashboard suite from Level 2, with a quarterly Lead Evolution report.
- Your own app and push notifications from Level 3 — an audience you reach directly.
- WOW Offers access from Level 3 — short offer films that cost nothing up front.
- Referral rewards from Level 2, so good buyers keep bringing more.
Build the cadence — or buy one campaign for one drop.
The quarterly contract is where identity and lead data compound. A single campaign stands perfectly well on its own too — for a capsule release, a festival window, an extra activation on top of a running quarter, or simply a first look at how we work.
Single Campaign
One campaign, bought on its own — for one drop that has to land.
- Starter — £349 per campaign
- Advanced — £499 per campaign
- Max — £799 per campaign
- Buy it directly — no proposal needed
- Also available as an extra alongside any contract
Quarterly Level Contract
Three campaigns a quarter, planned around your drop calendar as one system.
- Four levels, tailored to your season & collection — see the full plans
- 3, 6, 9 or 12 months — up to 20% off
- 45% of fee reinvested into your ads
- Performance commission on closed sales from 15%
- Prepared as a full written proposal
About the performance commission
On Corporate contracts the performance commission floor is 15% of closed sale value during the launch period, rising to 20% afterwards. It applies only to sales we actually bring you — our upside exists only when yours does. A contract signed during launch holds the 15% floor for its full length.
The questions fashion labels actually ask.
We drop more often than three times a quarter. Does that break the model?
No. Three campaigns is the shape of the contract, not a limit on your calendar. Labels with a faster cycle usually run the three contracted campaigns on the drops that carry the most revenue, then add extra activations on top for the smaller releases. Those are priced separately and slot into the same visual system, so nothing looks bolted on.
Our identity is already set. Will you work inside it?
Yes — that’s the point. The quarter opens by agreeing one visual system, and if you already have a strong one we adopt it rather than argue with it. What we add is consistency across the whole quarter and the discipline to hold it when a deadline gets tight — which is usually where identity slips.
Do we get the assets without WOW branding on them?
From Level 2 Growth onwards, yes — assets are delivered unbranded. Level 1 Foundation delivers branded assets. Everything else about the creative process is identical.
How much of the fee is actually spent on ads?
Between 40% and 50%, and during the launch period we hold it at 45%. After the launch period that reinvestment reduces to 28% for new contracts. A contract signed during launch keeps 45% for its full term.
What are WOW Offers, and do they cost anything?
A WOW Offers sub-campaign is a short five to ten second film placed on the WOW Offers platform. It carries no upfront fee — we deliver the leads and take a commission only on sales that actually close. It’s available to contract holders from Level 3, and never sold on its own.
Can we buy a level contract online?
No, and that’s deliberate. A quarterly contract is scoped around your collections, your calendar and your margins, so it’s always prepared as a written proposal after a conversation. Single campaigns are the ones you can buy directly.
The window closes either way. Decide what fills it.
Launch rates are live now. After the launch period every level rises 40%, ad reinvestment drops from 45% to 28%, and the Corporate commission floor moves from 15% to 20% — and a contract signed today holds today’s terms for its full length. Send us your next three drop dates and we’ll build the quarter around them.
